Electric Load Melt Flow Rate Tester
Model: GC-MI-DP
This model is a high-precision melt flow rate tester.
Applicable standards:
GB/T3682-20018 Determination of melt mass-flow rate (MFR) and melt volume-flow rate (MVR) of thermoplastics
ISO1133:1997 Determination of the melt mass-flow rate (MFR) and melt volume-flow rate (MVR) of thermoplastics
ASTM D1238 Standard Test Method for Melt Flow Rates of Thermoplastics by Extrusion Plastometer
III. Product Advantages:
>·Multi-segment (2 segments) temperature control, 2 platinum resistance sensors, 2 copper heating jackets for independent temperature control, high-precision intelligent PID control, adjustable heating slope (heating rate), temperature resolution of 0.1°C, temperature fluctuation within 24 hours not exceeding 0.5°C, displacement sensor resolution of 0.001mm.
>·Over-temperature protection device
>·Manual/automatic cutting integration, with adjustable cutting time (0~999) and cutting frequency (0~999)
>·During testing, either the mass method, volume method, or both methods can be selected simultaneously, and the flow rate ratio can be calculated. Both methods start testing when the piston rod reaches a certain position.
>·Allows setting a 240-second (as per GB3682) countdown for material preheating. After the countdown, the weight is automatically loaded, and automatic cutting begins when the weight reaches the specified range. Preheating times for other standards such as ASTM can also be set.
>·Built-in multiple melt index testing conditions for plastic materials, convenient for customers to retrieve and use at any time, reducing cumbersome workload, and storing the last test conditions and results.
>·Built-in micro printer for convenient printing of test data
>·High-precision touch screen controller, 7-inch touch screen, capable of storing and printing recent test conditions and data. The test print menu settings include test time (system default), material name, test conditions (temperature, weight, cutting interval), and test result data.
>·Reserved RS232 interface or USB interface for computer connection, allowing computer control of instrument operation and transfer/saving of test data to the computer. With weights pre-placed on the weight tray, electric loading and unloading can be achieved, reducing manual operation.
