Flexo Proofing Press SEMY-RY225
The flexo proofing press is a "small but mighty helper" in the printing industry, simulating actual flexographic printing effects. It is primarily used for accurate proofing, process validation, and quality control, helping you anticipate printing results and optimize production workflows. Specifically:
I. Core Functions
Simulates Real Printing Effects
Uses a servo motor to drive the anilox roller, simulating actual printing pressure and speed, ensuring proofing results match actual printing. Applicable ink types: Water-based ink, UV ink, solvent-based ink, compatible with flexographic printing standard systems. Plate compatibility: Supports photopolymer plates, flexible plates (thickness range 0.5mm-5mm)
Printing width: 200mm (standard, supports custom non-standard sizes)
Plate roller diameter: 80mm (standard, supports custom non-standard sizes)
Substrates: Paper, plastic film (PE, PP, PET), non-woven fabric, metal foil
II. Core Performance Parameters
Printing Pressure Control: 0-2mm manual adjustment
Printing Speed:
Speed adjustment range: 10-50 rpm (stepless variable frequency control)
High-speed mode: At 50 rpm, single-color proofing cycle ≤2 minutes
Anilox Roller Configuration:
Optional line counts: 150-1200 lines/inch (supports laser engraved anilox rollers)
Doctor Blade Pressure: Manually adjustable, 45° angle
Drying System (Optional Function):
Hot air drying: Temperature range 50-150°C (PID temperature control, ±1°C) UV Curing: Optional 200W/cm medium pressure mercury lamp (wavelength 365nm, curing speed ≤3 seconds) or LED lamp
III. Hardware Configuration
Drive System:
Main motor: Servo motor (power 400W)
Reduction ratio: 1:10 (ensures low-speed high-torque output)
Plate Roller Clamping System:
Coupling locking device, plate roller runout ≤0.02mm
Quick plate change design: Plate roller replacement time ≤5 minutes
Ink Scraper Unit:
Blade material: Ceramic doctor blade (hardness HRC58-62)
Control System:
Operating interface: 7-inch touchscreen (supports Chinese and English switching)
IV. Physical Specifications
Overall dimensions: 450x810x240mm (L x W x H)
Weight: 100kg
Power Requirements:
Voltage: AC 220V 50Hz
Power: 1.2KW
Maintenance Design:
Modular structure: Ink scraper unit, drying unit can be quickly disassembled for maintenance. Maintenance cycle: Recommended doctor blade replacement every 500 hours.
V. Applicable Scenarios
Applicable Industries:
Flexible packaging printing (food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical packaging) Label printing (variable data labels, anti-counterfeiting labels) Corrugated carton pre-printing (water-based ink environmentally friendly printing)
Environmental Requirements:
Temperature: 15-25°C (constant temperature workshop recommended)
Humidity: 40%-60% RH (anti-static environment)
VIII. Technical Highlights
Flexo Process Simulation:
Uses a servo motor to drive the anilox roller, ink volume control accuracy ±0.1ml. Efficiency Optimization:
Quick plate change: Plate roller replacement time ≤5 minutes
Low consumable design: Single proof ink consumption ≤30ml. Equipment Parameters:
Applicable objects: Single-color proofing (e.g., color matching, testing)
Inking method: Dropper inking
Plate roller and anilox roller pressure: Adjustable ±2mm, with scale display
Plate roller and impression roller pressure: Adjustable ±2mm, with scale display
Printing speed adjustable: 10-80 meters/minute
Ceramic anilox specification: Ø70x200mm
Applicable proofing materials: Paper, plastic film, non-woven fabric, napkins, gold and silver cardboard, etc.
Unique Features of the Instrument:
1. After the ceramic roller rotates to evenly ink, the substrate and plate cylinder start to rotate synchronously for one revolution to complete the proofing. The ceramic roller, substrate roller, and plate cylinder run synchronously, ensuring proofing quality.
2. The doctor blade, ceramic roller, plate cylinder, and substrate roller have four structures that can be adjusted individually left and right, allowing flexible adjustment of pressure;
3. The anilox roller and doctor blade are simple and convenient to disassemble and assemble.
4. Adopts a large roller structure, making substrate installation, plate installation, and plate cleaning simple and convenient.
